Barack Obama for President

Barack Obama is running one heck of a smart campaign. He is running as clearly opposed to the Bush war in Iraq. He has no “if I had only known then what I know now” dance to perform as Barack has ALWAYS been opposed to this reckless and foolish misadventure.

This position alone will earn him a lot of votes as it puts him squarely on the side of a vast and increasing majority of American voters.

I have previously posted an article profiling Obama as a 2008 Presidential Candidate. Since then I have been favorably impressed with the man and his fund raising and organizational abilities.

I have been especially impressed with the Obama Internet campaign. It is smart, high powered, extremely savvy, and will reach millions of voters in the younger age groups who will probably be voting for the first time in an election for President.

The online shop that has just opened is yet another example of the Obama campaign’s smart use of the Internet. There is a pleasing selection of Barack Obama t-shirts and stickers to choose from. I especially like the Barack Obama for President Organic Cotton Tee which is proudly displayed as “Made in the USA”. Smart move Obama.

We need a smart, savvy man in the White House. One who as “the decider” will make good decisions for America and who is aware that even a great nation has limits to its power. One who knows that the use of military force is ALWAYS a last option. One who will not recklessly engage the nation in conflicts that once under way are impossible to get out of with honor, dignity, and decency.

Go Barack Obama.

Disclosure Notice: While I endorse Barack Obama for President 2008 and love the stickers and T-shirts this is a paid post using the services of PayperPost.

Whatever that outcome of this election, he has certainly made an impact

No doubt of that and I expect that he is just getting started. He has the potential to build a grassroots campaign that can cause Hillary some anxious moments if not the nomination. 2008 should be a most interesting election.
